Plumbing and electrical has started. I marked the points in the plan last Saturday (6/11) and sent it back. Monday, they immediately started, taking advantage of the weather.
We also got the house pre-wired with data points (CAT5E+) which is useful for network devices like printers, NAS, media centre, etc. We're using the understairs as the main comms point where we will install a small patch panel. All phone, data and antennae will centrally end up in the understairs room. (Enough with the tech-talk...:)
