purchasing our land of dreams

After a lot of careful considerations whether to buy a house that's already built and to build our own dream home. My husband and I finally decided to build and we'll strongly face all the challenges that comes with it. We know a lot of people who stumbled through the process but then are happy in the end.
We're almost at the end of our settlement with the land that we bought in Rouse Hill. We're in the process of looking for the house model and considering a few home builders. However, I'm doing a thorough analysis of which one to go for. I've had friends who will not recommend their builders and others who say if they were to build again, they'd go for the same builder.
Anyone out there are invited to make suggestions and we'll greatly appreciate your efforts. You can even tell us about your experiences with your builder. Thank you and have a lovely day everyday.
